Do I have to replace my current software right away?
No. You can first try Viaterra on one or two vehicles alongside the software you already use. Once you decide, we move the rest of the fleet.
What do we need to prepare?
Almost nothing. We take care of the vehicles, data entry and training; you just tell us which vehicles and drivers to include.
Is our data safe?
Yes. The connection is encrypted, data is backed up regularly, every change is logged, and each company sees only its own data. More in the Security section.
Does the company card stay with us?
Yes. The company card stays in your company, and remote tachograph downloads still run on their own.
Which languages is the program in?
Slovenian, Serbian, German, English and Russian. Every user picks their own language, including drivers on phone and tablet.
Can we decide who sees what?
Yes. Your company administrator sets up dispatchers, drivers and view-only users, and which vehicles each one sees. There is no limit on users.
Does navigation work without a signal?
Yes. Once the tablet has the route it saves the map along it. Without a signal it guides along the saved route for up to 12 hours, and recalculates as soon as the signal returns.
Can drivers see freight rates and profit?
No. Freight and profit are visible only in the office. Drivers see their trips, addresses, time slots and documents.
Do I need to install an app on the phone?
No. The phone program opens in the browser and you add it to the home screen like an app. It works on Android and iPhone.
What do we need in the office?
A Windows computer and an internet connection. The program updates itself, so there's nothing to reinstall.
Can we import vehicles and drivers in one go?
Yes, from Excel or CSV. Before saving, the program shows a preview of what will be added and where any errors are.
What if the tachograph doesn't send data?
The program estimates the remaining driving time from the last driver card download and clearly marks it as an estimate.
